“I would highly recommend this home and this host. The home was exactly as described. It was clean and well maintained and we enjoyed our stay a great deal! I have chronic back issues and the master bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable. The host was attentive and responsive to all of our questions prior to check-in and during our stay. The area itself is safe and welcoming. There are plenty of area restaurants and for us, it within close proximity to the family that we were visiting. We will definitely book this home when we return to the area to visitcour family!!”

“We stayed a week at Michael’s place while visiting our daughter and her family in Avon Lake. It was perfect. He takes the extra steps to make you feel welcome. We arrived late in the evening to a well lit home. Check-in is very easy. He contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed and if we had any questions. The house is in a quiet and nice neighborhood. It is within walking distance to a park on the lake, the library, walking path/playground at the Kopf Reservation and Jakes on the Lake restaurant. The house is clean and well stocked. Although we didn’t use the kitchen for anything other than cereal and sandwiches, there was plenty of pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, etc., if needed. As others have stated there was also drinks in the fridge, coffee and basics like salt and pepper and in the bathroom, a toothbrush and toiletries just in case you forgot yours. For those who need WiFi, it worked well - my husband and other daughter “worked from home” part of the week. It was especially nice to have the desk/workspace in the bedroom. We hope to stay here again!”

“This house was great. It was so clean and everything was in such wonderful condition. It had so many personal touches that really made you feel like you were at home! The house was very spacious and had everything you could need.. from dishes, plenty of bath towels, a hair dryer, q tips.. even some board games! It really is the little things that make a huge difference and you can tell that Michael takes pride in his place and really pays attention to details. Then comes the location. Safe and lovely area. Friendly people. Literally right down the street from a park that is right on the water. You can easily walk to the park or drive if you don’t want to walk and the park is the perfect place to watch the sunset. So impressed and happy with my stay. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely book this home if it’s available.”

“Michael was a great host. He stopped by when we checked in to make sure everything looked good and to double check if we needed anything else. Beds were comfortable, but the master is quite firm. Kitchen was stocked with some drinks, pots and pans, and plenty of dishes/cutlery. Dining space had seating for 6 people and living room was spacious. Cordless blinds were a great addition in the bedrooms for the safety of our toddler. Home was easy to baby/toddler proof as well. Location was great! Close to not just the lake, but also a fabulous park and library. Would definitely stay again!”
