The house was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for all four adults, with very comfortable beds. We also appreciated the convenient parking, as both of our cars fit nicely in the fenced-in backyard. We chose your place for its proximity to Lake Erie and I-90 while attending the Cleveland National Air Show, and the location was perfect. “I stayed at Michael’s place with short notice, early check in, and very unexpected. (My mom died, I’m not local) Michael was kind to my needs and communications. He checked in the first morning to make sure everything was good. He also checked in once or twice more and responded to me right away when I had a question. I needed a place to relax and unwind each day while dealing with difficult stuff - the last thing I wanted to deal with is residence difficulties. Michael came through. His place is clean, organized, everything was easy to find, and instructions were left near the TV. It was exactly what I needed. I’ll be back this summer and will contact him again for my place to stay. Oh - for you tall folks out there… the shower head is high enough that you won’t have to bend over. Something tallies understand and appreciate. The bathroom fan heater and super quick hot water were pluses too. Just book it already.”

“This was a lovely older but fully updated and modern home. Modestly minimalist, super comfortable, neat and clean, plenty of room (two floors), excellent fully stocked kitchen. The back yard had a great lawn and was fully fenced, perfect for our two dogs. The location was central for the Avon Lake area. Easy access to the main grocery store, gas stations, places to eat. An easy ten minute or less walk to Lake Erie and a quick drive to a couple of very nice parks on the lake. The host - Michael, was very friendly and very committed to a high quality experience for us. He responded quickly to any calls and texts we made. Any questions were rapidly answered. We had a few (unrelated) personal circumstances to address while staying at his property, and he was kind and equally helpful as we managed them. We would certainly stay again! In fact, we now consider this our "go to" property for Avon Lake. My rating is 10/10 with absolutely no concerns and only praise for this AirBnB opportunity!”
